      - I had to give a short response, because I only had my mobile phone with me. In order to repeat it more clearly, you could use the article Limburgse Wikinieuws geopend (Dutch language) to understand something on the opening of the Limburguese Wikinews. It's the first dialect with a Wikinews version, and the second one for a certain region (the other one is Catalonian). This Wikinews is now focused on the provinces of Limburg in the Neterlands and Belgium. They are discussing wether Limburguese from Germany should be included too. Now I look better, I see you asked for a translation website as well. They hardly exist because Limburguese is a dialect with very many variations. To give an impression, Limburguese Wikipedia knows of at least 177 dialect variations, see here.
