De uitzendingen zijn een aanvulling op online lessen en <a href="/wiki/Categorie:WhatsApp" title="Categorie:WhatsApp">WhatsApp</a> en moet onder meer een oplossing bieden voor kinderen die geen televisie of stroom hebben. De opzet is zodanig, dat een kind de uitzendingen zowel zelfstandig als met een ouder kan bekijken. De focus ligt aanvankelijk op rekenen en taal. </p><p>In de afgelopen week verschenen al testuitzendingen van het <a href="https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/ministerie_van_Onderwijs_Wetenschap_en_Cultuur" class="extiw" title="w:ministerie van Onderwijs Wetenschap en Cultuur">ministerie van Onderwijs Wetenschap en Cultuur</a>. Hierop is feedback ontvangen die het ministerie kan gebruiken om de programma's te verbeteren. Daniela Rosario van de Ontwikkelingsdienst roept op om hier ook mee te komen, zodat programma's makkelijker, mooier en creatiever gemaakt kunnen worden. </p><p>De uitzendingen zullen op termijn ook beschikbaar gemaakt worden op <i><a href="/wiki/Categorie:YouTube" title="Categorie:YouTube">YouTube</a></i> en de <a href="/wiki/Categorie:Sociale_media" title="Categorie:Sociale media">sociale
